What only core lets you decide
Diamond core drilling uses a diamond-impregnated annular bit that cuts a cylindrical core of solid rock. That core preserves the real geometry of the orebody: without it there is no reliable basis for a resource estimate, a metallurgical study or pit design.
It is the narrowest segment of the West African market because it demands experienced drillers: core recovery is won on shift, not in a rig catalogue.

Yes. The reference configuration uses a PRD 750 Multipurpose type rig on a 6×4 truck, capable of about 600 metres in NQ and of alternating between coring and reverse circulation on the same spread.
Can RAB/AC, RC and core drilling be combined on one programme?
Yes, and that is the recommended use: RAB/AC frames the anomaly over 50 to 60 metres in soft ground, RC converts targets into volumes with a clean sample, and core confirms geometry and feeds the estimate. One chain of responsibility covers all three methods.
